About Us

We wanted to let you know a little about those of us who work at Arrow Tire and Wheel. Our owner, Robert, ran his dad’s shop in Diamond Bar, CA for 10 years before opening his own location in Upland, CA in 1995. In Jan. 2002 we outgrew our 2000 sq. ft. Upland location. In Feb. 2002, we opened in a 5000 sq. ft. building in Fontana, CA. We have been in business for eight years. During those 8 years, our business philosophy has been that we provide a quality product and excellent service at a reasonable price.
Brian, our shop manager, has been with us for over 6 years and has over 14 years of automotive experience under his belt. Johnny, the warehouse manager, has been with us for less than a year but is a quick learner and is great at making sure the customer gets what he or she orders. Geoff is our mechanic and has over 11 years working as a marine mechanic and is certified with Mercury, OMC and Evinrude. Before that, he was an auto mechanic with over 10 years working at a local dealership.
Our 5000 sq. ft. building is full of wheels and tires (over 4000 in stock). In this building, we also have a 4 wheel computerized alignment system, an FMC computerized balancer, 2 tire machines, 2 car hoists, a wheel straightening hydraulic press, 2 lathes, one brake lathe and a 600 sq. ft. showroom full of wheels and tires.
Because of the equipment we have in our shop, we can do custom drilling of bolt patterns as well as changing the offsets of wheels and anything else that needs to be done to make most wheels fit all cars.
We do everything from wheel repairs to chrome plating, polishing, drilling wheels, brakes, wheel alignments and powder coating wheels. We also sell new and used wheels and tires. One of our specialties is original equipment alloy and steel wheels as well as after-market custom wheels. We also do boat repairs and trailers.
We provide the best service available. We take the time to answer all questions so the customer knows that what he is buying is what he wants to buy, not just what we want to sell him.
You may wonder how we package and ship such specialty items like custom wheels, original wheels, replica wheels, chrome wheels and aluminum alloy wheels. All wheels that are shipped out are double boxed and have plastic wrap as well as foam padding over each wheel. All center caps are either snapped on to the wheels or are individually wrapped in the wheel boxes. Tires and wheels that are shipped are wrapped face to face with foam and cardboard in between them to protect the finish, then the two tires and wheels are completely cellophane wrapped and taped. If we are just shipping tires they will be cellophane wrapped in pairs.
There are 1000s of companies that make custom wheels, original wheels, replica wheels, chrome wheels and aluminum alloy wheels. We can get them as well, but on our web site we portray the local wheel companies from whom we get the best deal for the customer. We offer wholesale discounts to companies whose initial order is 5 sets. The discount is normally around 20%. We can even sell you just one wheel if that is what you need.
We are open Monday through Friday from 9-5 PST and Sat. 9-2 PST. We are closed on Sundays.
